Craig Werhan has been with Wave Systems since 2000 where he has focused on defining products for trusted computing and hardware-based security. Prior to Wave, he worked as a senior consultant for American Management Systems for landline and mobile telecommunications and in software development for Boeing Computer Services.

Frank Scharfenorth started Neonet Technologies in 2003 to provide small to mid-sized businesses with computer and network support services. Since then, Neonet has entered the phone system market and has installed numerous VoIP phone systems for small businesses as well as multi-national corporations.
