Account Manager (CSR) / Personal Lines Department
Successful candidate will be a self-starter, well organized, highly detailed, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have solid product knowledge in order to provide appropriate coverage for client risks, and have P&C license.
Job duties will include:
- Client relationship management

- Maintenance of accounts in agency management system (Applied)

• Maintenance of accounts in agency management system (Applied)
• Participation in high performance account teams
• Innovative team participation to heighten client experience
5+ commercial insurance Account Manager and/or Account Executive experience and Producer/P&C License required. Proficiency with MS Office programs and Applied Systems a plus. Dedication to continuous self education, quality team improvement, and excellent customer service.
Account Specialist / Commercial Department
Successful candidate will be a self-starter, well organized, highly detailed, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a solid product knowledge for larger complex accounts.
Job duties will include:
• Client relationship management
• Company relationship management
• Marketing of new and renewal business
• Participation in high performance account teams
• Accountability for development, implementation, progression, and completion of elements of clients’ service plans
• Identification and development of client value-added services
• Client Stewarship Reports
• Exposure analysis
• Maintenance of accounts in agency management system (Applied)
• Account rounding
• Innovative team participation to heighten client experience
• Specified service tasks
5+ years commercial insurance Account Manager and/or Account Executive experience and Producer/P&C License required. Proficiency with MS Office programs and Applied Systems a plus. Dedication to continuous self education, quality team improvement, and excellent customer service.
