Current Employment Opportunities:

Commercial Account Manager
Successful candidate will be a self-starter, well organized, highly detailed,  possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a solid product knowledge for larger complex accounts.

Job duties will include:

  • Marketing of new and renewal business
  • Participation in high performance account teams
  • Accountability for implementation, progression, and completion of elements of clients’ service plans
  • Exposure analysis
  • Account rounding
  • Client relationship management
  • Innovative team participation to heighten client experience
  • Specified service tasks

7-10 years commercial insurance experience and P&C License preferred.  Proficiency with MS Office programs and Applied Systems a plus. Understanding of agency workflows required.  Dedication to continuous self education, quality team improvement, and excellent customer service.

Commercial Account Assistant
Successful candidate will be a self-starter, well organized, highly detailed, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have solid commercial lines product knowledge.

Job duties will include:

  • Process policies, endorsements, and audits. Tasks include transacting, analysis, and logging discrepancies
  • Claim handling.
  • Reporting, follow-up, and surveys.
  • Cancellation monitoring
  • Download Processing
  • Commercial Lines Department Support

5-7 years commercial insurance experience and P&C License preferred.  Proficiency with MS Office programs and Applied Systems a plus. Understanding of agency workflows required.  Dedication to continuous self education, quality team improvement, and excellent customer service.
